Cold email for real estate firms

Real estate runs on being in front of the right owner, tenant or agent at the moment they are considering a move. Email is how you cover more of them than a phone list allows.

Deal flow

Ownership records, permit filings, lease expiries, listing history and hold periods are all public or purchasable. A note that references a specific asset and a specific timing reason outperforms a general introduction by a wide margin, and it is the only kind of email an owner will forward to a partner.

Recruiting is outbound too

Brokerages spend as much effort attracting producing agents as closing deals, and the same infrastructure serves it. Production signals, brokerage changes and tenure all indicate who might be listening this quarter. The copy is different, the machine is the same.

Local credibility carries the email

This is a market where the reader either knows your name or can check it in one search. We lean on the specific submarket, recent comparable activity and a sender who is a real, findable person rather than a brand address nobody recognises.

What the campaign looks like

  • Asset-specific hooks from public records and lease timing
  • Separate campaigns for deal flow and agent recruiting
  • Submarket-level segmentation rather than city-wide lists
  • Individual sender identity, not a generic office inbox
